Anson Turns Four! Part 1

The day before Anson's actual birthday, on May 17th, we celebrated with a big birthday party at the fire station.  He had been requesting this for nearly a year, and we invited quite a few friends and family.  Everything turned out great!

Grady

Just wanted to take a moment to appreciate my Grady - he's just amazing.  He has had another great soccer season (scored 4 goals last week and helped hold the other team to none!), he's been doing a beautiful job with guitar, he does so many interesting and exciting projects at school, and he is such a sweet boy.  We are so proud of him!

Towards the end of the year the kindergarteners get to visit the lower elementary class a few times and have a picnic with them.  Each one is paired with a 1st grade "buddy".  Grady got paired with Garrett, and the two of them are so cute together.

Mother's Day

This Mother's Day was warm and sunny, so we decided to head to the South Carolina Botanical Gardens.  We have been there once, but it was several years ago, before Anson or Camille were born.

There is a cool old caboose near where you park.   The kids loved this!

I love my three little ones more than anything, and since it is them who made me a mama, I am glad I was able to spend the day enjoying them!
