Mother's Day Weekend

We had a really nice Mother's Day weekend. The weather was great and we did some really fun stuff. On Saturday we all went to the zoo. This was technically Anson's second trip to the zoo, but it was the first time he was awake and actually looking at the animals. I think the pig was his favorite.

The next day (Mother's Day) we went out to lunch at Smoke on the Water in downtown Greenville. We also walked around some and played at the park.

Then, after naptime, we went to the pool! It was Anson's first time really in the pool - he loved it!





It was a very special mother's day with my boys!

Messy Fun and a Tub

I took Grady to "Creative Hands" the other night. It is an event at his school where the kids do all sorts of messy art projects and activities. He loved it last year, so he was SUPER excited about it this year. When I let him out of the car he went running as fast as he could into the area where they were having it. He had a blast again this year, but the cutest thing was just how much fun he had visiting with everyone - friends, teachers, parents - EVERYone. He ran around chatting everyone up, and at the end he gave out hugs to 1/2 the place, I swear. He is SO SO social and just come alive at events like that.

Baby-Man Walking

OK, so not REAL walking yet, but baby A sure is doing well getting around with his walker now. He has also stood on his own for a few seconds several times. He gets immensely proud when he does either of these things.
