My Social Butterfly

I had a parent-teacher conference on Wednesday with Grady's teacher and got a stellar report! She said "well of course you know Grady is doing GREAT in school!" She called him her "social butterfly" and actually said "Everyone loves Grady!" She said his strengths were verbal skills, getting along with others, sharing, and showing concern for other children. His weakness was how he held a crayon. It sort of made me laugh because he does sort of hold it like a caveman. Guess we should work on that... Oh, she also said that she loves how she and him just have little conversations all day. Yes, Grady could talk anyone's ear off. I feel really lucky that he is at such a great school with a really caring fabulous teacher. He loves going and leaves with a huge smile on his face every day. School has been a wonderful, positive experience for him, which is really all I could hope for at this point. You make me proud G-Man!
